Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to [State] Bar.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred).
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
